Oils of the island Hvar

The olives for our oils are hand-picked, sorted and washed thoroughly. That no chemical is used with us is obvious. Case will not be included in the olive harvest. Experience has shown us that the mixing ratio of ripe black olives blue to green vorreifen with the finished 6:4 olive oil gives an optimal and balanced flavor. Also guarantees that the olives come from the tree within 24 hours to the press. All of these are important quality criteria that make our olive oil just as valuable and sought after.

This oil is unfiltered, all valuable solids are not yet sold. The flavor is particularly strong and intense. After a period of approximately 1 month, put the bottom of the bottle suspended from a brown layer and the oil gets its clear golden color. Now you have the standard olive oil of the best class that lasts at proper storage.
